Referral Program

Help our community grow by referring friends, family, or colleagues who are looking for quality affordable housing. When someone you refer becomes a resident at Pine Wood Estates or Country Corners, you’ll receive a $500 credit as a thank you for helping build our community.

Landscape Program

At various times during the year, Property Management offers the residents the opportunity to participate in the Landscape Program for the Community. This Program allows our residents the opportunity to purchase quality shrubs, trees, and plants through wholesale nurseries located in the Athens area, which are not open to the general public. The shrubs are typically less than half the price of the same quality shrubs purchased at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Residents can visit the websites for Athens Wholesale Nursery  and Outdoor Specialties  and shop for plants, which can then be purchased through the Property Management Office. Once purchased and delivered, the resident would then be responsible for installation and care of the shrubs, trees, and plants they have purchased.

It’s a great way for our residents to SAVE MONEY and BEAUTIFY
